This lovely Danish farmers-house in a rustic spring floral garden was painted by Grand duchess Olga Alexandrovna and depicts her Danish home, the Knudsminde at Ballerup (outskirts of Copenhagen). Up for auction at the Bruun-Ramsussen´s Russian auctions June 2nd (2021), it is valued at 25.000 Dkkr. The Grand duchess and her family lived here between 1930 – 1948, where she, her husband the Colonel Kulikowsky and her old lady´s maid Mimka left Denmark for Canada.
