Artworks from the times of the Romanov Empire could seem out-of-reach for many. Though with a keen interest in such historic and precious objects, there are still affordable artefacts to collect. Upcoming on Copenhagen webauction on the 19th of June 2023, are some fabulous imperial style smaller objects at affordable prices: A cigarettecase in birch wood decorated with turqoise once belonged to Grandduchess Anastasia Mikhailovna – the “Kodynka-field” enamelled cups made for the coronation of the last Tsar Nicholas II – and an older mid 19th century silver-case, all valued at 1.500 – 4.000 Dkkr.
